Hosting Terms & Conditions
All Alon-Cohen.com accounts are bound to these Terms & Conditions. Violation, or failure, of these Terms & Conditions may result in warnings, account cancellation, civil and / or criminal prosecution. Any balance due to accounts that are cancelled due to a failure to comply with these terms will not be refunded.
In addition we reserve the right to seek reimbursement from you, the customer, for any costs that were caused by these violations
You also agree to let us contact you regarding all aspects of your account.
- Lawful Use
You may not use, or use to solicit, your account or our services for any unlawful use. Including, but not limited to, copyright infringements.
- Interference with our services
You will not try to gain access or modify any portion of our network that you are not authorized to do so.
- Viruses
If any virus or destructive element is found within your account, it will be your responsibility to remove it immediately. We reserve the right to seek reimbursement from you, the customer, for any costs that were caused by this.
- Spam
Also known as unsolicited email. You will not use your account, or allow your account to be used, in the transmission of Spam emails.
- Sub-Hosting
Unless you receive written authorization from us, all accounts are to be used only by end users. You may not resell or sub-host your account.
- Resource Usage
Accounts are limited to the various resources according to the account package. In addition to these you may not "*monopolize" server or CPU usage within your account.
* - Monopolize, meaning any pages or scripts that utilize the server for more than a few (no more than 7) seconds. This also includes pages or scripts that call themselves in an effort to hide the resource usage.
- Privacy
We respect your privacy, and will not trade or sell any of your information.
- Criminal Prosecution
There are numerous State, Federal and International laws regarding the use of the internet. We will not hesitate to start and / or cooperate any investigation regarging violation of these laws. This cooperation includes, but is not limited to, customer information.
- Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to any party at our sole discretion.
- Billing Policies
- Payment Forms
We accept payment by Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard & Discover), PayPal, check and wire transfers.
All Checks must be in U.S. Dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Wire transfers are accepted for amounts over $500 and carry a $15 service charge in addition to any invoice or bill you receive from us.
- Billing Periods
Accounts are billed monthly or annually in accordance with your account and order. All accounts are renewed automatically at the anniversary date of their order unless we receive written cancellation at least 5 days before the renewal date.
- Returned Checks
All accounts with returned checks, i.e.: NSF (insufficient funds), will be charged a $25 returned check fee.
- Chargebacks
If a chargeback is submitted against payment for your account, the account will be suspended immediately. There will also be a $150 chargeback fee.
- Unpaid or Delinquent Accounts
All accounts must be paid in advance. Accounts that are not paid will be canceled, and all information on the server will be deleted. We reserve the right to charge a reactivation fee for accounts that were delinquent, canceled and then reactivated.
- Information and File Backups
Although we do what we can to backup all files on our server, it is your responsibility to make sure that you have a ful and updated backup of all files in your account. We accept no responsibility for any damages done due to lost data.
- Disclaimer of Responsibility
Alon-Cohen.com is under no duty to look at each customer's or user's activities to determine if a violation of the T&C's has occurred, nor do
we assume any responsibility through our T&C's to monitor or police Internet-related activities. We disclaim any responsibility
for any such inappropriate use and any liability to any person or party for any other person or party's violation of this policy.
- Changes to these Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, and it is your responsibility to periodically check these for updates and / or changes.
