1. What if I am worried about using my credit card online?
   We are using 128 bit SSL encryption in order to protect your sensitive financial information. However you can print your order and send it by fax to (928) 244-7260.
   



2. Do you have a discount Policy?
   Yes, we do. We offer a 10% discount on all hosting and setup fees for yearly pre-paid accounts.
   Please note that this discount DOES NOT apply to programming, domain registration or any other third party expenses.



3. What payment methods do you accept?
   We accept payment by Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard & Discover), PayPal, check and wire transfers. All Checks must be in U.S. Dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Wire transfers are accepted for amounts over $500 and carry a $15 service charge in addition to any invoice or bill you receive from us.

1. What is the difference between a POP3 email account, an email alias, and a catch all email?
   A POP3 email account is a regular email account (emailbox) that you use with your email programs (like Microsoft's Outlook / Express, Netscape's Communicator, etc...). I.E.: name@yourdomain.com
   
   An Email Alias is actually a pointer or forward and not a mailbox that simply forwards the message to the specified email account. I.E.: info@yourdomain.com could be forwarded to you@yourdomain.com.
   
   A Catch All Email works like an email alias with the exception that is catches everything@yourdomain.com that is not setup otherwise and forwards it to a specified email address.





3. Help, I need to host my site and have no idea what you are talking about.
   
1. What is a host and why do I need to pay for it? I want to put it on my computer at home / in the office. Is it good enough?
   First of all a web host, or virtual hosting account, is simply rented space on another computer for your web site. Now the main reasons that you would not want to do it on your own computer are:
   
   
   1. Chances are that your computer is not set up with the right hardware and software to properly host a web site (this costs literally thousands of dollars to do properly).
      
      
      
   2. Another thing you have to consider, even if you have the software and hardware, is a very fast internet connection. A regular DSL or ADSL line is not even close to enough. In these you usually get a decent download speed from the internet to your computer, but you need almost the same, if not more, upload speed (from your computer to the internet). The minimum you would want to do this is an upload of around 100 Kilo-bytes per second, not 80-100 Kilo-Bits that usually go with an ADSL connection.



2. What hosting package is the right one for me?
   First, make a list of all of your technical needs for your site. This includes the programming languages you will use, email accounts, how many visitors you expect to get to your site etc...

   Yes, most of our hosting packages include secure HTTPS access.
   To find the package that fits your need simply go to our hosting packages page and check under the "Secure SSL" in the "Programming Languages and Technologies" category to see if your package comes with SSL.
   
   





5. Referral Fees, Webmaster and Affiliate Programs
   
1. Do you have any type of referral fees, webmaster or affiliate programs to reward referrals sent to you?
